A mother-daughter team. Author, Nedra ‘Jane West’ Shoultz has written and used stories to challenge, encourage, and motivate children for over 30 years. They have been used in classrooms where she taught and also in Sunday School and Children’s Church settings. She has served in the church setting since 1978 in churches where her husband has been the Pastor. They have served in SE Alaska since 1997. Together with her husband, they have three children twelve grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Illustrator, Mindy Shoultz Marshall is the motivation behind getting her mother’s books published. She desires that many other children can enjoy the timeless stories that she grew up listening to her mother tell. Her mother’s missing key had always been illustrating the stories. Mindy has accepted that responsibility and is illustrating the stories she has in her mind from childhood. She and her husband together have six children and numerous nieces and nephews.
